Established in 2000 Le'Azon Technology Institute Inc. (LTI) is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization that offers quality education, technology training and employment services utilizing a customized high-tech approach. We specialize in providing services for a diverse and often hidden employee pool.                     LTI is a technology-training program dedicated to improving the economic status of youth and adults through accessible cutting edge technology training.                     Our vision is to develop self-sustaining communities through hi-tech education, job creation, corporate training and to develop community models in Washington DC, Florida and communities through out the United States

Le'Azon Technology Institute in 2005 received a 3000 square foot building through the City of Clearwater with the support of the community members which wanted LTI technology services in the local community.

LTI's greatest focus is targeting young students in under served and under represented communities. Laron Barber, LTI's Founder, believes that "all youth should have access to quality technical training to prepare them to compete in a hi-tech global marketplace".
